Rebuilding the Sanchize

It has finally hit Jet fans. & all it took 3 straight loses which included an embarrassing OT loss at home to the lowly Bills. It was only a matter of time before the Sanchize, became the Tankchize.

For all those who thought Mark Sanchez was going to come into the league & roll over defenses like Joe Flacco & Matt Ryan did last year, here's your awakening. Flacco & Ryan were the exceptions, not the rule. In the history of football it is a proven fact that rookie QB's do not succeed & have to go through the growing pains. & for Sanchez the last 3 games have been exactly that, painful to watch as another errant throw gets intercepted. Sanchez has never played in the cold weather & Sunday at the Meadowlands it showed. 5 interceptions, 0 TD with his QB Rating plummeting to disasterous proportions against the Bills (8.3%). He's tied with Jake Delhomme for interceptions (10) & only Jamarcus Russell & Derek Anderson have a lower QB rating than Off the Mark Sanchez (56.3%)...think about that for a minute.

Growing pains is part of the territory with a rookie QB Jet fans. Cancel your playoff reservations, hold off on that trip to Canton, & feel free to welcome yourselves back to reality.
